Not able to concentrate,distracted quickly,can't complete a task,unorganized , retention problem, can't put my head to one thing

No time limit for sleep always iwant to take sleep i want to give milk to my baby please suggest me a good advise

My son, 10 yr old, in class 5, has got sharp mind, has been doing good in academics so far. But he needs to be pushed too much to sit and study. He himself is never interested to ensure that he finishes his classwork or homework on time. He does not take studies sincerely. He just wants to play full time (indoor/outdoor).

Hi Doc I am already taking buprol xl.150 since 1.5 years due to work phobia and it seems its still not addressed. My mind makes me change jobs frequently and it effects my CV. Also I just became a father and I feel I am not able to accept the change. I feel my wife use to just concentrate on our child only. I feel bit neglected and its effecting my mood at work as well as at home.

Continuously headache, irregular sleep, less appetite for food. Angry, sad, feeling to commit suicide..... Feeling failure.

Get any support from my home even now. I am all alone. I have interest in studies. But when i start studying i am not able to concentrate. I feel so tired and feel sleepy even i sleep for 7 hours at night. I feel sad for even small things. I am also having asthma from childhood and taking corticosteroid from childhood.

I have started some new Office Jobs in recent months after a long career spent in working in science and it is highlighting some social difficulties I have communicating with people and sensory problems I have, the office is very loud and it can get overwhelming at times. I haven't been officially diagnosed, but could I be an Aspie?

I want to give milk to my daughter and also don't take tables i want treatment without medicine and restrictions

I am always in depression and thinking about unimportant things so that's why I can't sleep for continue 2-3 night and I smoke more than 10 cigarettes daily and I am also facing some memory loss issue.

I am having anxiety disorder whenever i become sad or scared even a bit my then my heart rate becomes too fast and i can hear my heart beat also i can hear pumping of blood in my head
