I'm married women n in relationship with other guy I'm trying to come out of him but couldn't need ur help

Good Morning, my friend went through unxpected break up on 2010 and before that since 2years relationship was passing through up n down (which was unexpected too).Likewise, because of family pressure and somewhat because of angerness he got marrid to next girl  6 yrs back.All his belongings got tarditional misconcepetion that such illness could be cured by marrying people.However,it never worked since since last six yrs and more he could able to forget his love as he had spent his whole childhood upto the age of 24 with that girl as a freind ,best friend n as girlfirend/lover.And he started using tablets,smoking,alcohol,smt opium, weed etc and also he still get pressure from his home n wife .Everyone innhis home thinks as if he acting.Everyone thinks that he still miss her but not known about tablets h using. I belong to a middle class fmily.since childhood i brought up by our frequently chnged servnt.my mother is a housewife bt he married in class 11n complete her study till my hs.i never ever attached with my parents.they behave like i am nt their child. my brother 10yrs old.he get sufficient care.my mom alltym behave in rude manner.plz hlp me

Hi, my name is raymond, lets get to the point straight before i used to smoke weed for sleeping purpose i will have puff around 9 pm like 4,5 times and i would felt sleep soon and it is great for me..(its drug but ididnt used as to get drunk) but i see that my brain is effecting that my remembrance is not upto the mark and i decided not to take dis weed anymore, its already 4 days since i quit smoking weed but i used to face problem at night time that ican feel sleep anymore i would sleep around 5 am like that... So Doctor if u suggest me some sleeping pills tat can help me out i would ve very gratefull to you Thank you....

I have been taking Nebicard 5 mg for hypertension since 3 years now and I have been prescribed Ciplar 10 mg by my psychiatrist doctor for Anxiety issues. I understand that both Nebicard and Ciplar are beta blockers. Will taking both simultaneously drastically reduce my heart rate? I am worried.

I am unable to sleep properly. I could sleep for about four hours a night. I am not sleepy day time. Please suggest.
