I am going through a rough phase where i am confused between marriage and career.. Everybody is pressurising me for marriage and i am unable to decide due to few complications.. Nobody is listening not even my partner.. I am not happy in my love life, career and family..

I have been having head ache 5 to 10 days in a month, and that time i have to take any head ache tablet that time pain was clear. and next 3day again same problem will be started. in back side head is very painful

I am suffering from daily headache problem.when i get up in morning my eye was tighten. when i walk i fell that i fell down now. And head eache is occur after noon. and full day my head going heavy heavy. and from 1 year i am at home no working nothig do anything. my family docter says that from 1 year you are not active so it is hormonal imbalance

Earlier i was going through the treatment of fear but now thats fine.Now from 1 month my heart rate becomes quick,anxiety comes more frequently.I get tired very soon.when these happens i feel there in no strength left in me,i don't feel hungry,i get very angry and nothing seems good to me.

Suffering from migraine headache for the past five years. Every 10 days with stool release for four times and the headache stops .Please suggest how to get away from this

Problem of anxiety, emotions, not comfortable other than home environment, not happily going to school, feeling insecure even in front of same age group people, very shy, silent, But at home absolutely no problem.

I have depression and anxiety for the last 10 years, i undergone treatment with setraline 50mg and i had recovered almost 90% but for the past few years I have developed again the depression associating with ED and bowel problem.

I am 37, married ,2 children-4 &2yrs. i could not control my anger and without reason i beating my small children.And then i condemned myself. Many times i weep without reasons. MARRIED LIFE IS HAPPY.No problem with in laws

I can't sleep ever, every night I wake up due to a night mare or I just wake up for no apparent reason but once I'm awake I tend to not go to sleep. For example tonight I fell asleep around 23:30 and woke up at 02:00. I suffer from nightmares from a previous truma and I have depression. I'm going to do something stupid soon. I NEED HELP

Hearing voices Mind is not stable All are focusing me Delutions. Not able to concentrate on studies
