I am overwhelmed with suicidal thoughts. I need help . I can't take it anymore. I am losing interest. I feel low.

I suffered from anxiety attack last two months. I consulted psychiatrist and was good for a month but now YELLOW URINE COMING ONLY IN THE MORNING WHEN I WAKE UP. And also have heart palpitations but not frequently.

Hello doctor, I have been experiencing stress for past 6 months. As I'm employed, and I'm a vitiligo affected person (undergoing treatment). I can't control myself. I can't be normal in home and office. Even I'm in relationship with a girl. I love her much more than everything. Because of this stress and pressure I have fear of losing her. Though our marriage problem were solved . But because of this vitiligo I felt guilty. I don't want to ruin her life. Help me out of it. I lost my weight and no positivity in my actions. I cry even for little things. I can't overcome this problem. Kindly help me..!!

Hi, I am having mental health problems like poor memory, slow understanding, anxiety, antisocial, doing things in sequence, repeatedly checking my behaviors in social situations. After getting advice from practo Q&A, I went to psychiatrist. I told my symptoms and he asked few questions and suggested SSRI meds and told that if symptoms don't improve, I will have to take therapy. The thing is I am not convinced. He didn't do a thorough analysis of my problems. He didn't ask me answer a questionnaire or did any other methodologies and simply told that its OCD and prescribed the SRRI meds. Thats it. Is it the normal way of diagnosis of mental health problems? I thought like a thorough analysis eill be done for these mental problems. Please advise and help

For last few months my 8 years son is suffering from some phychological problems. Normally he is behaving good but suddenly he is very aggresive attitude: shouting on others, throwing household furnitures and glass materials. And also beating other family members who are trying to stop him. It is happening suddenly.
