From 30 years Iam taking tablets zeptol cr 400mg still how long I want take pls explain it .............

My father is too much tensed bcz of his loss in his business and agriculture .he loose his willpower.how can I deal with him .he can't sleep properly in night

I get tensed and worried of a very minute problem. I often get depressed for no much reason, when that happens im not able to control my emotions. I fear to go in a crowd since i feel like everyone is staring at me and talking about me. I dont get concentration in any matters, hence it is affecting my studie. I often feel of commiting suicide
