I consulted a psychologist and she said that my father who is forcing me to get married and threatening me for that can't get cured by her consultation. Just for the sake of second opinion m posting this and asking a question of what kind of help can I get of medical field.

M suffering from thyroid in few months ago ...so that's why m in depression with a so much tenstion ......

I've been dealing with a lot of stress at work and at home. It may sound like a common problem but it is taking the life out of me. Please help!

My friend has a problem of getting scared  everything he want to do in his daily life. Irrespective of the situation he scared to do anything . He mainly worries about his present action will affect his future if he is not doing right. Some times he gets depressed and don't want to talk . Hope you might've understand the problem, expecting your best answer.
