I am an UPSC aspirant and it requires me to stay focused on my studies for most part of the day, I am not able to do that.i am hardly studying. Spending my time in youtube,games and all. . Beside that i also want to be more confident and positive.Can visiting a psychiatrist help?

Sleepless nights..,thoughts abt good n bad.., suicidal.., feeling useless n dizzy.., lazy..,'ood swings.., irritability

Hello doc.. I'm an architecture student.., juvenile type 1 diabetic.., i find hard to sleep at nights and sleep during early mrgs n wake up by noon.., i feel irritated n guilty all d time and needless to say i also hav senior thinking issues.., i get this suicidal thoughts n i feel ntg to b social.., i everytime feel to punch and cry,punch n scream

I get angry and agitated very easily. The reason mostly narrows down to coping up with others' (relatives and friends mostly) expectations from me. Probably I have problems in adjusting with others. When I am by myself, I generally am cool and equable. I need help regarding better adaptation with the world around me.

I truly love with one person n in relationship with them frm 6 year. n frm 3 year every one told me he was cheated on me but I m not trust anyone cz he convenient they are wrong n but I can't understand what is wrong n write that's why m confused abt that person n he was bleming on me every time when I knew abt his past I dnt no what cn I do

Me and my girl friend stay in usa. We are in relation from 1 year. I am from andhra pradesh and she is from maharastra. We told to our parents about us and both families agreed for us. We have issue with timing. Girl parents wanted to marry their daughter asap . I have elder brother and my parents cant mary me before my brother. What is right thing

I am highly depressed.. And I would die.. If I'll not find a consultant as soon as possible... And that too with minimum budget... Coz I am a damn failure in life... Passed 24.5 years on earth.. But couldn't earn a penny.... You feel me... Right?

Dear Doctor Im a student of graduation and I'm facing a problem I don't know what It is? All I know that I am getting treatment from a pscychiatrist and according to that Doctor I'm under stress and it is pscychological problem but It is not effective I'm confused so please give some advice about this... My symptoms are like... I feel sad most of time I feel lack of confidence to interface my friends I feel some type of pain in my left side of head not all area Sometime I feel underpressure although I have everything in my life And many little symptoms like that..

Mental conditionis not normal he takes tablets sizodin selzic 300 or 600 olianz forte to conteol is there any permanent treatment

I am siffering from anxiety and ocd I used nexitoplus for 12 years now suddenly stopped my symptoms arr worst.I think that I addicted to that medicine please help me
