I have been facing this problem for last 9 years. I sleep properly for 4 days and get problem in my sleep for 3 days and this cycle continues. I am US for a deputation. I have nothing to worry about except this problem. when I go to sleep my mind always th8nks about something especially the doubt if I will get sleep that night. I am really losing my confidence because of this problem and unable to concentrate on my work. it's been 4 days since I slept well. I don't know what to do and where to take this issue. I really need someone to help me out. please help me to get my life back. Thanks a lot in advance.
