Forgetful and very easily angry

Question

Asked for Female, 71 Years

She has gotten very forgetful and repeats the same thing over and over again. She feels incapable of doing anything as basic as opening the door if left alone at home. She assumes she is sick and yet refuses to take medicines. She either throws away pills or breaks it and hides. Her bags are full of meds and yet she asks for more but never take it. Very easily irritated, angry and emotional. Not sure how to get her help. Please advise. As per her symptoms what help should we get her.
