I m Vary forgetful. i forget what i did yesterday and even the things i did 2,3 hours ago.wherever i go i forget my belonging. pls suggest me what should i do.i heard that almonds helps to increase memory,learning's ability but it is not working in my case.

It could be due to stress or anxiety. An anxious person is not able to sustain attention or focus concentration. So there is no problem in process of memory recall. Try relaxation techniques, maintaining regular sleep also helps. Sometimes, forgetting could also be there in depression. Use of alcohol also causes anxiety problems.
