When I think too much my pressure rise in my head and eye.. overthinking is causing me this head pressure and when I stay calm nothing nothing happen

I'm a 19 year old middle class girl, an architecture student. I feel fed up of my life at a very early age, I think useless and unimportant stuff all the time which is not required, I'm addicted to my phone a lot, i feel irritated all the time, I'm an over emotional or an over dramatic person, i want to become normal

I experience weird feeling where I find it hard to concentrate and get a mixture of jumbled thought in my head.. along with a strange smell. Around 3 days a months (in a row) They last around 10-30 seconds, and I get them 3 or 4 times a day on average they don't bother me and don't affect me afterwards but just curious as to what they are

I am not able to concentrate on my work and also feel like crying most of the time. Head ache occurs frequently.

I am 20 year old Passed 12th last YEAR I have not been normal like others I am afraid of small things soo much have very less friends and always been unhealthy due to eating fast-food now situation is worst I have closed myself to my house from 6 months and got very deep dark circles waiting to die cannot study failed in graduation

I was an o.c.d. patient, got treated around 2 years by a psychiatrist but after skipping medicine got back to same condition, I'm a cop deals with dangerous conditions, so take cloze-0.5mg but still not able to tackle the problem, even not able to concentrate on study cause I'm preparing for lower P.C.S.....I'm a married boy having a kid(boy) help

I have adopted a 5yr old boy 1yr back. since last one fortnight he has stopped studying and not at all reacting to anything be it love , care or punishment.

I m suffering from memory loss and I am not able to learn clearly please suggest what should I do I want solution

Iam unable to sleep overnight..Someday I will sleep at 2 Someday I will sleep at 6:30Am by staying awake whole night..I can't understand what to do. Even if I read a book also I don't get a feel to sleep.i tried many tricks but nothing gone good..So pls help me in giving a solution what can I do for this ??
