I have been suffering from Bipolar Disorder for the last 21 years. I cann't tolerate the pain during depression phase. Sometimes think to commit suicide.

Continous getting irritated from last month. Cant Facing problems.Regularly crying and sleep deprived. Feeling too alone and constants thoughts of suicide

Hello. I am 48 year old women I have so many problems from 2 years. I am feeling emotional as well as energy. My mood changes with time. And also I can not sleep properly at night and during my sleep sour saliva is in my mouth which do not allow me to sleep. I loss my hair too much and it's becoming very freeze. Even I do not like to do any household work. Please help me out

Since i shifted to bangalore lastyear sept, things were fine, i stayed with my sis and best friend, my best friend moved out in december. I still had my boyfriend to talk to, we are in a long distance relationship. This june we had a fight, and he did not want me in his life, he was confused, since then i have no one to share anything. I usually forget things , whether it may be some work I'm doing or someone has tòld me something. Sometimes i forget to tell important things. A few days ago I forgot to lock my room, and I went outside for 5-6 hours . Please suggest me what to do? Thank you
