I have been taking zolpedium drug for a long time now .now can't resist it . Have anxiety and depression

I'm suffering from depression and anxiety I want to do daring games I always fail in love my parents are not happy with me my boyfriend are also not so happy...

I have strong aggressive tendencies at small things pls advice me a therapy and I also can not control my anger.

Intrusive thoughts are coming in my mind that m harming to others but I no I can't it's wrong m fighting with those thoughts everyday

Constant headache since a month now. I feel sad all the time. I feel blue. I feel alone. I feel like crying it all out. I have sleeping disorder. Keep getting up in between. I react on little things. I get affected too much. Feels like anxiety. Loss of appetite.

I am a college student. I have formed very bad habit(I don't know whether it is habit or disorder). I found waking up morning too difficult. I have tried everything from multiple alarms to all other things which can wake me up. But no result. I set the alarm counting 8 hrs for my sleep, but everyday I end up sleeping more than 9 hrs(sometimes 12 hrs). Still many times i feel sleepy throughout the day. Pls help me to reduce my sleep hours and feel energetic throughout the day.

I am very much depressed... I m not matured as my friends.... My friends always say me that I am immature... My age is 17.. I loved a boy... Bt he rejected me... For my looks Nd figure... Everyone underestimates me.. I m not good in studies.. I regret for it.. My parents misunderstands me

I ve been under anxiety neurosis past 3 YRS.BECOZ of surgeries..,c section two times n one laproscopy...after tat i got arrhythmia s ...bt my reports normsl..bt evry surgery am in anxiety n my heart rythm changes irregularly...am not able to control my thoughts....n i hav 3 months baby under feeding.excessive thinking.n deppression.stress.

Hello Doctor,I am IT guy and my problem is since couple of months I am unable to get full & deep sleep daily during night times because I am getting some kind of dreams about friends,movies,pending tasks etc daily . Please advise what I need to do to get Full & Deep sleep .
