Because of my mantel stress, and mantel condition was not good, then i was vomit 2 time. Now i'm safe or not.. Plz suggest me what i do now..?

Hi.. I have been taking nexito 10 for mild depression for last 4 months.. i m feeling better but have put on straight 4 kgs. I was already overweight n these extra kgs r pulling me towards depression again. I have been eating very healthy n working out frm last one monthbut still gaining weight. Pls help
