I'm 23 yrs old with height of 5.9 and weight of  55kg. I'm very stressful guy. Not able to concentrate on anything now and wann reduce stress.And wanna live stressfree life. Please help me.

I want to end my life. There's no reason I see for myself to live anymore. I just want to run away from  everything

For the past year, I have gradually become a depressed person with less n less positivity in me. I wanna be that health assuring person again instead of this irritated crazy person

I've been having sleep issues for a few weeks now. I cannot quiet understand the reason and the cure of it.

I am 30 years old .I had back pain 2 month ago I took .I went to doctor he said to me that you have blood presr too 130/100 .doctor give me telavas but presr didn't down than after 1 week I went to another doctor he gave me another medicine for blood presr after my blood presr some time 120/80 and some time same as before 130/100.

I don't feel good , i start crying without any major reason , i just feel suffocated and hell most of the time . Its not at all a goo feeling

Suggest me some good experienced councillor in Bangalore please addresses and contact number , am 25 year old make am in full of depression :(

I feel sad and melancholic all the time and it's hard for me to carry out regular chores because of this .
