Disturbing thoughts at night
Daily at night , i get sleep arpud 3-4 pm.Till then i get disturbing thoughts like breakup or want to go back home etc and cry . I am good in morning but at night, trying to sleep make me feel so bad and lonely. This is happening from 2 years. Now i feel bad sharing same problem with friends and family too because i fèep they might be getting bored
