I have been taking feliz splus fir one year. Can i substitute it with any other tablet which has the same composition

It is hard to fall sleep at night for me..even if i got sleep I constantly wake up or fell distracted from sleep and it is hard to fall sleep again...can I used Himalaya Geriforte for this problem?

I have anxiety issues. I can hardly answer questions in Viva's and have high degree of stage fright. I cry often. During emotional instability, i tend to self harm or look for meaningless physical intimacy. A doctor once told me that i may have BPD. I know doctor's rarely tell their patiemts if they have BPD. But i really need to know so that i can get the right medication.

I start memoriseing spellings of each and every word I see sometimes I start questioning the grammar rules sometimes I can't read the words in one go .if tell myself don't memorise spellings for next 2 ,3 days it will be fine and later again same problem will start .i feel very frustrated .from last 5,6 months I have this issue and now I can read properly but spellings issue is still there but I fear one day again same problem of reading words in parts will be back .. I fear how I will continue my studies

I am good for a while i'll talk more , laugh more sleep and eat normally But then something happens Like a switch turn off somewhere And all i left with is the darkness of my mind. But each time it seems like i sink Deeper and deeper And i am scared Terrified that one day I won't make it backup I feel like i am gasping for air Screaming for help

My grandmother's age is 80. She had some mental disorders more than. 20 yrs ago..she had sleep.issue so doctor prescribed her Trika sr 0.25 mg. She has been taking this medicine for a long time and has never been discontinued. Now the Indian government has banned this trika sr. So is there any alt medicine for this.?
