My sister is going through a psychological imbalance. A behavioural change and mis conduct with loved ones. Very impulsive and arrogant. She doesnt seem to be normal. Please help

I went to the physiatrist. Told about the problem of excessive mastarbation.. After enquiry with doctor..he told me that I have running thoughts..and my brain is not at calm..and he advised me to take divaa 250 for 10 days..I asked doctor in between that I am forgetting things but he told me to continue as it's normal..but it's been 4 5 months..I'm noticing that I'm forgetting simple things which I never used to forget.. require your assistance .why it's happening and how to overcome.

Hello I feel like dreaming sometimes while driving or while talking with friends and it feels like I am in some different world. This problem was very small before but these days it's a little high and it does not occur every time but sometimes in a day everyday. If people are talking to me I just act like I am listening to them but actually I think that all those conversations are just fake and think that I am dreaming. Can you suggest any remedy to this please? Thanks.
