I think I have anxiety
I posted a question about my anxiety without unknown stimulus and a doctor said these are panic attacks and a ECG , thyroid and anemia test should be done to rule out medical conditions. I have already done a ECG,echo of heart, thyroid everything is normal.also I feel thightness in throat or in chest sometimes but I have it evaluated. So I'm suffering from a psychologal problem?

Since all your tests have come out to be normal it seems like the beginning of heightened anxiety levels. At times when we r stressed due to some thoughts or circumstances it starts showing up in the way of body aches, restlessness, increased heart rate and other bodily symptoms. But you don't need to worry,  I recommend that you have a detailed counselling session with a Clinical Psychologist so that further course of treatment can be decided.
