I am getting negative thoughts and some times palpitations and thinking too much and getting nervous not able to concentrate on work

Recently and quite often at night I've been having a hard time where I all of a sudden experience short, rapid breaths, chest tightening/little pain, feeling like I'm not in control of it and it pretty much always leads to tears and it lasts for at least half an hour if not more. Sometime it starts when my mind thinks of a stressor in my life and then that feeling of stress/anxiety just snowballs out of control. It feels nearly impossible to pull myself out of one of these episodes

I hit my head a couple days ago and have a really bad headache and hurts to listen or look at something bright

I have been facing many issues and I have to consult a psychologist Family issues are increasing

Having brain problem since my big brother have accident at the age of 4. now he can understand our language but he can not do anything without our help, even he can not recognize money currency,

Things nearby me are irritating me, sometimes headache become unbearable, most of the time i hear unidentified noice, little sound seems too loud to me, constantly feel some unknown fear, unable to sleep soundly...feel like crying all the time..please help me..

I get sounds in brain and popping in ears sometimes i get sensation as blood flowing in ears

She is 17 years old having headache problem since last 6 years. Since last 2 months she is sometimes having blurred vision too as if sparkling light. Somtimes headache too severe doesn't go totally after painkiller Domcet.She alwasys feel weakness, lethargy, dizziness , faintness .Mri done of brain result is Cisterna Magna is prominent.Please help
