For a few years now I've been concerned about my mental health however I'm 15 and cannot go to a doctor in person as I'm too young and feel to scared to communicate with my parents about it. I feel paranoid a lot of the time like people can hear my thoughts, people are watching me, someone is in my house watching me or waiting to hurt me. I cannot control my mind and I get easily distracted, rush my speech and cannot control my emotions. I'm often either hyperactive or depressed.

My social worker from DCFS says that I have ADHD but I don't see it. May you please explain it to me briefly?

I am 45 yrs old man suffering from ADS, one of my friends suggested me to take Topiramate 50 mg BD for at least six months. He had used it and he is sober now but still he takes 25 mg OD. Kindly suggest me. Can I take any other medicine with it for good sleep for 8-10 days ? Can multivitamin tablet like Neorobin Forte 1 OD be also taken ? Kindly reply sir. Thanking you. I stopped taking Prozac a month ago as I was feeling good and coping really well. I have been really flat, emotional and irritable. Will these pass or is it a relapse?

Lack concentration makes it difficult to understand and make those things in mind.Unable do complete the studies and while in hostel get distracted due tiny distractions and sound from surrounding. Other students also distract me a lot.There incooperation is major factor which makes me upset.those problms could not be solved without an external help and advice of an expert doctor which I hope will improve this problems and help me out to solve them.I feel doubted that willl I be able to achieve?
