Suffering issues related to personal life, family and work. Depression seems to be on all the time And have no one to share this with

Every time my girlfriend and I got into some sort of a fight, I would get easily mad about everything. I don't want to hurt anyone, especially her so I would just bite my arm to hurt myself and only feel pain and forget about the anger. Sometimes I would hit my head in a wall, most of the times I imagine killing people who are close to me and I actually find it interesting and it scares me. What should I do? By the way, sometimes I get really angry or really sad for no particular reason. Why?

But then I already had a counselling session for that my parents opposed to go further in detail with the treatment as a typical parents . Can you suggest me some anti emotional medications

I am 28 years old iam suffering from depression for the last 13 years.I had taken medicine like zosert,diazepam,escitalopram and clonozepam from the last 7 years but no use. I want behaviour therapy and electroconvulsive therapy.Please give any solution to me.

My brain memory is so week , I do not remember anything, even i forget what i do in last 15 minutes.

I have some issues in decision taking.i take decisions without confidence and after think about the same thing many times.and I also after discussing any thing, keep thinking about the same thing and after that headache gets started.

I am feeling a strange like hard to explain some kind of tight head pressure for two years and it is really affecting me im every aspect. I Cant focus for long, serious sleep problems (sometimes for weeks), persistently forgetting everththing, eyesight is gone down and even sometimes it feel like i am about to faint. Its really an annoying feeling as it wont go away. My mri brain scans were normal and I have taken depression pills also for six months and it had'nt really helped much.

Since I gave birth, I've been having extreme mood swings and emotional breakdown from time to time,

I be been went through a breakup n m not able to cope up with all the things which are happening around me

I am taking Serta 50 and Serta 100 (total 150) for last 5 years or so. Now I am feeling side effects like loss of concentration, loss of sleep, sudden anger, stomach pain, constipation etc. How can I stop taking it and what is the remedy??
