My mom is under medication of psychiatrist problem since 1999, OCD is much under control, but now she is facing depression worsening as sun goes down, and spending too much time in bathroom, currently she is taking Lorel 2 and elcitapam.

Is it a necessity to have counselling sessions, i never had it before...can counselling sessions do wonder or something?? because i think my problem cant be solved with psychologist consultation as it cannot improve my mental health, but yes it will reduce a little burden from my head but that will not be enough... i also attached the latest psychiatrist prescription... Actually i am suffering from depression ( i am not able to speak it up) ,anxiety ( very much) , shortness of breath( taking medication but still same), psychosis( latest psychiatrist told me this disease to me), panic disorder( started after consuming ganja/weed and is till now), heart palpitation with high magnitude in between, heavy head always etc.. History is itself confused in my case, i dont know what to speak and what not..but i know i am unable to stop my thinking and control any thoughts ...its really pinching side of my mental health.. Rest is continuosly taking medicines from last year and health not improvng

When i have panic attacks i kind of lose my senses of become very sensitive to them. for example, i become very sensitive to people touching me and my only communication are words that are repeated constantly while im having my episode. when i have calm down it i dont really remember things i said or did. it is as though im not the one that had the experience yet only my body. i dont really understand what happens to me, please help.

I have anxiety & depresion problem from last 5 to 6 year i am taking zepam, quitim and fludil medicine. but it is not reduced

I feel last 4 days my head is little bit swing, that"s why i feel like vomit. I also feel so weak. kindly suggest me to come out to this situation.

My grandmom lives with me and my family. She’s 91. Around 11 PM almost every night she calls my dad(her son) into her room and proceeds to tell him strange things like she needs to go home from somewhere. One night she claimed she was locked in a casino when she was actually in her bedroom. What could be wrong? It’s starting to worry me and frustrate my dad.

My friend has suffered from abuse during childhood. I tried to support him. He became over attched and wanted me around always. That was difficult for me. So i spoke less with him than he would like. Then he started blackmailing me. Today he tried to convey that he will be committing suicide. What should i do.
