Hi doctor. My name is munawar hussain. IA m 29 years old. I have been a patient of ocd and anxiety of death. Repeated thoughts keeps on coming about death. They make me fearful. Even it seems it will happen. I control myself but these thoughts always keep on coming. It seems my head is caught by an external force.. suggest some medicing or advice to overcome it.

Until now I have tried suffocating myself three times using plastic bag but every time my hand is just tearing off the plastic. Last time I even tied my hand with rope but still I managed to tear the plastic. Tell me how to do it properly or any other suicide method as accessible as this. Please please don't that I should not do this ,that there are people who loves me etc etc.

There has been a change in my dose of psychiatric medicines which I am taking for my chronic depression. The dose of Zapiz was reduced from 0.5 to 0.25 and had been continued and was in the process of cutting my meds of slowly by gradually reducing the doses. There are other meds that I have been prescribed along with it . Paxidep 12.5 was reduced and then changed to once every alternate day. Suddenly it was replaced by zenoxa Lead to severe mood swings Anxiety Dizziness numbness & night mare

No sleeping in night. Consult a Sycratist 4years but no improvement... Irritate so much....

My 11 yr old kid is prescribed with serta 25mg. He is having issues at school n feels depressed. Can this medicine help? Would there be any long term effect?

Every day and every minute thinking about suicide. I don't what is going on my life... really bad situation for me.

Serious bouts of sadness, crying spells, irritability and zero motivation for anything, over sleeping, 7-10 before my period. It's been going on for almost a year or more and always cyclical. I'm prone to little.anxiety otherwise but this time period is exceptionally difficult.

Hi, im 18 years old and currently pursuing btech in cse. I was a bright student till 6th when my parents shifted me to a different school, since then i have never had any interest in studies and dont know what the reason is for that. Whenever i sit down for study or think about studying i never do it or fall asleep after 5 mins of studying. I wanna regain back my old me when i never said no to studies. Could someone suggest me if i should go see a hypnotherapist so i could do better?

I m suffering from deppreation 1 year. I take medicine properly. But when I stop taking medicine the same problem begain. I m completely depending on antideppresion drugs.

My child has vomited the levipiracetam 1ml /100mg dose and I given 0.5 ml again after 3 hours is it any will create
