Crying mood swing hand tremor i cant type other things in 500 words this is what i know

I have confidence issues I cant speak confidently infront of class or ask any doubts. Because of which everyone thinks iam am average student

For the last few months,I was so disturbe for my life.I can't tolerate my life anymore.My family is also a disturbance for me.Sometimes I think I am so helpless.I'll be committed suicide.

Hi, I am an 18 year old female. Im in 12th grade. The first doctor that I consulted told me that Im too young to be depressed and to be having anxiety problems. I think I have been in depression for almost 2 and half years, I feel i have a lot of anxiety and negative and suicidal thoughts ; i feel useless and worthless. I also suffered a huge loss of my father in May and that led me into a deeper depression. Im not able to study or do any of the ordinary activities properly. I wud like help.

I have trouble sleeping every night, easily irritated, constant mood swings, always feel down and always feel worthless

I want a emotional counseling coz I cry easily in front of everyone which embarrasses me alot for small or big silly or painful things...I just want to be strong enough to handle my life and live it peacefully I want to stop my tears anyhow I want to stop my pain by hook or crook Coz I feel I die everyday wen I cry for hours I feel I am dying inside Either some pills or something Just help out wit a solution which stops my pains of life I want to be happy

A friend of mine is going through a very depressing phase in her life and is facing several anxiety issues. She doesn't wanna meet any counselors mainly because she can't afford their fee, and also because she can't express herself properly. What sort of advice should I give her, or how can I try to make her feel better?
