15 years abov im suffering from giddiness and every day suffring lonely ness Recently I'm every day bp checking result is 160/100

I have a friend who have been married for past 5 years and now she almost fights with her husband on a daily basis. She is not even able to control her anger and gets angry on even silly things now.
