Having headache from last week what can be various causes and symptoms for the concerned headache it Can be cured

I can't sleep at night.. did not get sleep at night probably..............

I hate myself 24/7 even when i am happy i hate myself i thinki am annoying to everyonr i talk to and i have anxiety attacks whenever i try to talk to someone please can u help me i am so tired of these feelings

Sometimes, when i am in a public situation, when things happen, i replay them in my head and it zones me away from what’s happening. Or ill see what’s happened but in my head i’ll think about it in a different way. I also feel as if into never happened 5 minutes after as if i’m fine again and that was a dream. I am constantly worrying about this and my thoughts haven’t come off it for 2 or so weeks, and it’s getting worse. I also imagine myself speaking to someone about this.

Hi, when i was a child i had weird feeling thats everything went faster and strange, i had fever. It happends again(today), my reactions and my brain felt faster and weird. Also i was hearing faster and weird, like my ears pulsing. I was searching on internet and i found that other people had this feeling too. Someone said its alice in wonderland syndrom but i dont think soo. I dont see things larger and tiny, i just feel weird and everything feels faster. Im really scared.

I have not been sleeping because I am stressed with school work and the stress makes me feel physically sick

I have a really hard time focusing, and it is affecting my work, and University school work. I cannot sit down and do my homework, because I have an extremely difficult time focusing. I stand up and walk away numerous times. I do suffer migraines, and this issue of not being able to focus, makes me stress which triggers my migraines. I am not sure what to do, or take to help it. I need help/advice.
