I regularly smoked weed from past 6 years ,even with the heavy workload that I have 1 day , after returning home after a tiring day I smoked again and felt a weird sensation in the back of my head and felt dizzy (or rather unstable like , not dizziness precisely because I can walk straight ) , I have never been dizzy before so I panicked and rushed to the hospital , the doc told me it’s ntg , even did the ECG which was normal ! And then I got discharged but since then I feel unstable sometimes

My female relatives sometimes suddenly become unconscious and forgets when they come to consciousness that something had happened before it was sometimes but now it is growing what kind of doctor should I show

I was on effexor xr 150 five years ago and now I decided getting back on the drug because I'm still depressed ....I bought effexor 75mg to start with and I'm on it three weeks ...I still feel super depressed actually more than I was and I m having suicidal thoughts ..should I increase my dose to 150mg?
