Too many antidepressants
I was initially prescribed prozac and after a few months of taking it, I felt better and started improving. I had improved by 40-50%. But I became fat and when I told this to my doc, he told me to switch To zoloft starting from 25mg, till 200mg. But it only made my depression come back and ruin my digestive system. He wanted to try combination, So he added Effexor and increased till 225mg . But all I got was heart palpitations and headaches. Since my IBS was getting worse, he reduced zoloft gradually but continued at 50mg. Later, I confessed to my doctor that Prozac worked better than these two pills. So he added prozac too along with it upto 80mg. I took these three meds together for a few months and had serious headaches, high BP, palptns.(betacap was prescribed twice a day for heart issues). since betacap could only help partially, he added Paroxetine CR 12.5 mg to 25 mg. Now I feel I'm taking too many antidepressants. Should I change the doctor? Am I going in the right path?

Can't find the right anxiety & ADHD meds
My doctor gave me meds for ADHD & anxiety. She gave me focalin & lexapro. They helped me for a 3 weeks when suddenly it stopped working & my sensory awareness and hyperactivity went nuts, so I took clonazepam and it improved. However clonazepam shouldn't be taken for long-term use. What do you reccommend for that with the least side-effect?
Thanks

Clarification and help required
My friend circle has reduced to 1-2 people. The woman I had associated feelings with isn't there with me to share anything. I don't feel like eating. I am always thinking something. I like to stay alone most of the times now. There are a few docs who tell me this is depression. I don't think I'm depressed. It's just that I feel a bit sad most of the time. Nothing feels good. What do I do?

Constant anxiety
I have been feeling bad for the past 6 months.Overthinking every detail of my life and constantly worrying about the smallest things ever. In my head i know it is not healthy to keep worrying that much about the stupidest things, for example if I promised a friend to hang out in the morning I get so worried about about not waking up or forgetting although that never happened. I just cant help it. Its in me I just feel unhappy and I sometimes even go to sleep and feel like my mind is still awake.

Missed doses of Paxil & Wellbutrin
I am on 10mgs if Paxil and 150mgs of Wellbutrin XL daily and I am pretty bad at remembering to take it. I often miss 2-4 days in a row then go back on and sometimes miss it 1-2 days as well. I try to consistently take it throughout the week (M-F) but I get so busy at work that I forget sometimes. What could happen to me from forgetting to take the medication so often?
