My sister regularly cries because she was not able to get a good college . Now she is studying in davangree , banglore but she is not ready to accept that college and regularly argues with my parents . Due to this she is not getting proper sleep , indigestion takes place every time and she sometimes lost in her world thinking something that is not related to anything. Eg. We were busy cutting ladyfinger and she suddenly started crying and saying what will i do next {out of the blue}

How do I know if I am going through depression? Are there any clinical tests available to confirm? Or the general signs should warrant me?

I’ve been having attention problems for about two years now. I know the obvious answer could be prescriptions like adderral but before I jump to that solution do you recommend any other natural methods?

Okay i know this sounds really dumb but does weed or alcohol actually kill brain cells? like the "Weed lowers your IQ" theory and if yes, do new cells grow? will weed or alcohol make you actually dumber?
