Full Body Pains for no reason
My mother ( age: 42 ) experiences all of a sudden full body pains out of the blue randomly persisting for hours amidst sleep. She says can’t be any stress or dreams causing anxiety. What could be the reason and which doctor to consult on this? General Physician or Orthopedist?

You could get her to a physician as they can help with basic general analysis of the current complaint. If required the physician can refer you to a specialist.

A general physician first and if the doctor suggests you can seek the advice of a specialist.
