Hi, I am Rakesh. Working as an V.P. Operations in a corporate company. My official life is full of stress due to lot of official reasons but still I am able to justify my worth in the company and performing well. As I am working on a senior position so I have to travel a lot and have to attend 200-300 calls a day. Most of the times a recieve official calls after working hours too. My wife doesn't want me to take official calls at home and also don't like if I do any official work at home. I have a very small family. Me, my wife and a 11month baby girl. I love them a lot and want to give them every possible pleasure in their life. This is the reason I work hard to earn enough for them. My wife have some other desires. She only wants me to spend time with her. She has no interest in my official issues. When ever I try to make her understand my official issues, she says quit the job and stay with us. My personal life is getting worse day by day and can't see any scope of improvement.

Doctor.... I am doing my Btech in mechanical engg in trivandrum... Now in my fourth semester.. Recently i went through a huge turnover in my attitude... I was so active in college in all areas.. Be it music.. Social service.. Or so... But nowadays i am so lazy.. Not able to control my mind fruitfully... My mind is flying away... Not staying in my control... I am so suspicious about my future if i continue in this way.... I need a serious guidance... Doctor.. What can i do? I l endup having nil

Hai my mom is 48 years old. She is having hearing problem. When we consulted with the doctor they said because of anasthesya given at time of c-section delivery of baby. Now she is using hearing aid. Because of this issue she will not talk much with others. Very reserved type. Now she got sugar problem too . Nowadays she is talking to herself more frequently. Always sitting alone and thinking something bad will happen. Not knowing who is her husband and not interested to do any work. Nowadays she is not all coming out of the house. She is using abuse words to his husband itself. When we consulted this issue with one psychiatrist in Coimbatore they gave some medicine. She is taking that regularly for past 4 months but no improvement What treatment we need to take for her to get cure.

Doctor, I have been seeing unwanted dreams which even come true It's been almost 1year now I am afraid of my dreams I feel something creepy is happening I see someone staring at me every time in my dream I can't sleep I hardly get sleep at least 1 or 2hrs

Hi! I am writing if I could find any solution for my problem. I am an introvert personality. I dont like too much talking but the constant criticism I am facing at my college like all of sudden everyone is like WHY DONT YOU SPEAK? I rather feel comfortable in being isolated. Its ok with me for not talking and ..... moreover I am hypersensitive. Every little thing I just overthink it. If something bad happens I just could not let it go of my mind for weeks.

I feel down few days baxk and had memory loss. So many things are forgot. I went to doctor but all the reports are normal. Couldnt find any issue. Everything is normal. I am so confused. What might be the reason??

My doctors say it's normal for me to hear/see things, to seem like I'm 2 different people, and to not eat and when I do throw up, but I know deep down it's not normal. They're not a specialist in mental health and I need an opinion. I wasn't on 20mg of citaloprom and they cut me off it abruptly and I'm having discontinuation symptoms. I just fed up
