I have ocd regarding dirtiness which disturb me to concentrate on my studies what to do? Plz help me out I am getting so much irritated

I failed ny A/l exam and destroyed my parent's hopes ang I feel worthless now.I feel like people are laughing at me and I saw how my paerents face to the society after I failed the exam.I feel lonely too.

Sir/ma'am, I got and hand surgery and due to pain doctor asked to take ultracet tablet only if there is huge pain, but it's almost 2-3years; I have addicted to the ultracet tablet and now it's increasing like 8-9 tablets per day, addicted to the tablet; incase. If I stop it suddenly nervous and legs start shaking heavily, mentally out of mind. Pls help ........
