Hi, I have severe mental issues. Firstly, I am suffering from depression which I could feel. Adding to it, I doubt if I'm capable of even taking decisions on my own. From my young age, I have been demotivated and suppressed for everything. This is caused a serious issue within myself unknowing to me. I am nowhere headed in my life and getting afraid to take any decisions. Please help me

I am so depressed. Disappointed in myself that i could not meet the expectations of my manager. Got told by my manager that she cannot baby sit me anymore. Working at home post office hours, but still could not complete them. I am a new joinee, but already feel like quitting. I don't want my poor performance would impact the team. My head feels very heavy. I have problem concentrating and remembering things. Simple things for others is very complicated for me. Feeling worthless.

I have been having severe anxiety for 3-4 months and it has lead me to lose my job. It has lead me to no go out and have lost a lot of sleep. Panic attacks are an every day occurrence.
