Have lost my elder brother 4 months ago who was 37 and died due to heart attack. Since then I get situation when I feel crazy little pain in chest and uneasiness n start taking long breath. Gone through with all test including TMT ECHO and ECG almost all blood test. All reports were normal but still get such situations. Now Doc say to meet psychiatrist as it could be panic attacks. Plz suggest

I am 35 year old man with 81 kg of weight.i have had my first manic episode in 2001.taken some psy care and got stable.again in 2007 i was in manic phase but untreated and got stable.but in 2011 i have had a serious manic episode and i was diagnosed with schizoeffective disoder but some other psychiatrist tells it bipolar disoder.i remained on lithium and amisulpride. after two years in 2014 lithium changed magnesium valproate400 mg BD and amisulpride 50 mg as usual.but i have gastro problem

Hi there! I have a weird question. Whenever I feel like I'm about to cry, get upset/feel anxiety over something, my wrist start to tingle. It's almost like a tickling feeling. It feels like my wrists are fluttering if that makes sense. Not sure what this could mean.

I was diagnosed with Bipolar 2 at the age of 16, this was after the original diagnosis of ADHD and Major Depression. I was taken off my anti-psychotic Latuda at the beginning of December due to developing Tarden Disenasia. I was left on the anti-depressant Zoloft, but was not put on another mood stabalizer. Currently, I am not under psychiatric care because my counselor discharged me. I have been manic going on a month. I was also curious if the Paleo Diet would be good add on to my care.

I am suffering with dippression, BPD from so many years, I am taking treatment by well known consultants by past 5 years, my situation is not better. Can you help me? The doctors I am going are also very experienced. I am thinking I have to join erragadda.

I am having a lot of personal problems now a days and sometimes I feel suicidal, also have weird thoughts some times, I usually think to do something that I would hate to do, but just want to do because I want to hide me from myself only. I am not able to understand anything and just want to remain in complete isolation. Though I have friends and spend quality time with them. Please advice Should I consult a psychologist?
