Autistic behaviour

My younger brother who is 22 used to seems dippressed most of the time, as- he used to fight on very small things. He can't forget normal things around us easily. He's always fail to fitt himself in society. He's not social n when he interat with people his talk is very childish or autistic. Even he droped out his studies due to this unadjusted behaviour. My family is worry about him so much. We people cannot enjoy our relations due to his behaviour.. please guide us what should we do. ???

It is not worth to label him as autistic or childish unless some assessments are done by professionals. Take him to a Psychiatrist and get diagnosed, thereafter you can take the next level of therapy or medication
