I was suffering from depression...so i consulted to a doctor and he recommended to take mirtaz 15 tabs...nd now I'm felling good but feeling sleepy and lazy all the time. I want to stop taking this medicine...I want suggestion for this.. what to do... Please help me

I fear eating in public I can't converse too much I act as though I'm reading to avoid people I become nervous when people are looking at me or are noticing me I cannot ask questions in class I shiver during public speaking I don't like to be in a crowd I think I may have social anxiety

On this past few weeks , I felt very down. I had this heavy feeling in my chest all the time , very empty , deeply sad and lost my interest in every activities that I usually admire and I felt like I cannot moved on to the fact that we bought my mother in the hospital due to her heart problems. I cant handle additional stress , I cant sleep during nights due of crying a lot and I really don't know what to do. So , I came up to the point of committing suicide 6x. I stay away from my friends.

I am 35 years old male. I am facing very tremendous fear while talking in public. This has ruined my life. I am married and have 5 year cute daughter. Though i have passed out in 2005 but i got my first job in 2010 and that also with help of my friend. The reason behind is the social anxiety. I can not talk in group of people, rather i always tried to avoid social situation. I do not like to meet new people and interact with them. If any girl is there in group then this problem becomes worst.
