Kidney Problems

My husband has got a yellow puss kind of boil on his scrotum. 5 months back my husband had to go through an abscess removal surgery. He had fully recovered, from past 2 weeks he has this water bublle kind of sound at the tip of the surgery are as well as a yellow boil on scrotum. Please suggest what could be this and what can be done.

I feel thirsty and drink a lot (3ltrs) in a day. My weight's around 60kgs. I urinate around 8-10times in a day. Sometimes I feel like whatever I drink it immediately goes out in an hour time. Most of the time I drink water by standing and is this the reason? This has become a habit. How to get rid of this? Is this normal? I feel I want to be hydrated always🤔🤷‍♂️
