Kidney Problems

I have taken body checkup from SRL diagnostics and my report says my ALT test is high. The report says it should be <34 Its 40 U/L

For 2 days , I have regular little pain near left kidney . Kindly give me answer of my below two queries : 1. Is  regular little pain at left abdominal part due to Kidney stone or it is swelling in kidney or it is UTI or something else because I have  listen that Kidney stone pain always severe ? 2. Doctor has recommended me "Fosfomycin Trometamol Powder "  10 Sachet (each sachet after 1  day gap) for 20 days , Should I take this , If yes then should i take 10 Sachet ? Bedridden patient with Parkinson and heart problems. Sometimes High BP and sometimes low sugar. Strict diet mashed rice and Curd only and very little mashed apple because anything else causes non stop diarrhea.

Dear Sir , Kindly see my ultrasound report . After seen my ultrasound report , doctor said , I have swealing in kidney but It has not mentioned in ultrasound report. So doctor has recommended 10 sachet of "Fosfomycin Trometamol Powder"upto 20days (after one day gap) , When i search about this on google then i found that it is not for kidney infections and also found that , this should give only 1 dose. So plz let me know what is the use of this Sachet  ? Is it safe ? Currently I have little pain in left kidney for last 2 days , Urine color yellow .

Need a consultation . For urology, diabetic patient for more than 5 years . Please suggest the meds and the tge cure to get the infection removed.

My father is 93. He is having the following health problems. 1. BP patient 2. He has thyroid Presently he is having the problem of frequent urinating especially in the night. This started 2 days ago, and I started to leak some drops of urine overnight when I was asleep. Now it's become more often and there is leak to some extent even during the day. I need to know why this is happening and if there is a way to fix this? I have started with kegal exercise during the day, however doesn't seem to reduce. Please suggest as to how to go about this, since it's very embarrassing
