Blood in the Urine (Haematuria) should always be taken seriously and he needs further evaluation with urine microscopy, cytology and also imaging of KUB to rule out any serious pathology. Get a physical consultation with urologist, as early as possible. Thank you.
Need age of your grand paa..need further work up in form of Uroflow with PVR, Urine r/m and S.PSA if he is below 75 years. Accordingly he will be started of Combination therapy for prostate enlargement.
