Kidney Problems

My father aged 70 years is on silodosin 8mg + dutasteride 0.5 for last 3-4 years. On last USG, he had a residual urine volume of around 90 cc. Please advise how long he needs to be on this or should we get this operated? Thanks in advance

Urine test: Urine Routine & Microscopy Std panel test package: Chlamydia Trachomatis, IgG RPR (Rapid Plasma Reagin) Treponema Pallidum Hemagglutination HIV Combo (Antigen And Antibody) Test Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2, IgM Herpes Simplex Virus 1 & 2, IgG All tests came normal and now the itch has subsided on its own. I need a prescription for the tests dated May 10.

I am 24 years old and I did a urine test because i found some mucus in my urine. No pain as such.  The Results came with Pus Cells 12-14/hpf and Epithelial Cells 2-4/hpf and Bacteria(+) and the most concerning of all is Albumin(+) in it. Is that a kidney problem? Am i going to die? I have terrible health anxiety. I am very scared.
