Hi Doctors My testosterone level is low 287 ,how to increase it naturally. I am using gel cernos gel 1% from last 7 days, how much time does it take to reach 700 level. If naturally is possible pls tell. Facing erectile dysfunction from 3 months.

From past few months I am feeling mild pain in my penial shaft (while both erected and not erected).Even if I tap on my penis shaft gently with my finger, I feel pain.I am not sexually active so never had any sexual experience sometimes I do masturbate, like once or twice a month. Sometimes the pain is severe and sometimes it's mild. Sometimes I felt burning while urination. I had kidney stones in 2023. Pain is in the mid part of the shaft only. I am diabetic since 2021 and on insulin from August 2023. Please help me with whatever it is, it's scaring me now.

My penis earlier had dryness . And now  on tip of penis suddenly a month ago -lot of cracks happened and  time swelling too . - i cannot retract the penis as i scream with the cuts and burns and very very  tight and narrow, this was fine before i could retract easily now suddenly extra skin and swelling . -Swelling not decreasing been a month tried coconut oil twice a day. -Zero itching on tip everything fine little to no redness  and no discharge. -But when i retract the cuts and burns and extra skin which i think is swelling because there was less skin earlier. -Such thing never happened to me this is first time . -please explain what is it .
