My mother having last 3 months lower abdominal pain. After consult doctor told its UTI infection then taking 14 days Antibiotics medicine after that still mild lower abdomen pain persist not fully cured. Here attached urine culture report. Doctor told take Amikacin Injection 500mg. is it safe or not?
