Since then, erections are mostly fine, but I overthink before sex — whether I’ll last or get an erection — and that causes early ejaculation. My testosterone, sugar, and cholesterol are normal, but Vitamin D and B12 are low, for which I’m taking weekly nano shots. 1. Hello doctor, I recently had my first UTI, and since then, I keep noticing a shiny film in my urine. What’s worrying me the most is that two different urine cultures showed two different bacteria, and in my last urine test, albumin was traced. Now I’m very anxious to repeat the test fearing I might see + or ++ protein. I know testing is the solution, but anxiety is stopping me and making me imagine worst-case scenarios like kidney problems. It’s affecting my mental peace a lot.
