My mother recently underwent surgery for diverticulitis.We saw her CT scan reports there is mild cortical thinning in kidneys and mild stranding of adjacent perinephric fat in the kidneys .what does that mean ?

Serum creatinine is 1.2. Rest all the tests are normal and within range. Anything to worry. Cholesterol is within range. Hbac1 is 5.7. Urine test is normal. BUN ratio is 14.5.
