Hi Looking forward to the consultation. Over the last 3 days I've been having frequent urine, and with a slight burning feeling which usually happens due to water deficit. Would like to understand if it is due to water deficit or any test / antibiotic treatment is required.

I got a USG whole abdomen done. Everything came out to be fine. No calculus in any part. Just mild hydronephrosis in left kidney came. Doctor told me to do NCCT KUB test. I did that test and everything came out to be fine. Even the mild hydronephrosis that was showing in USG the NCCT KUB shows no hydronephrosis is any of the kidneys. So shall I go for another USG or not?

My mother is patient of high blood pressure since 10 years and it has resulted in kidney function disease. Her kidney function disease was detected 3 year back and since then she is under medication. Since last 2 days she is having high Fever 104. Given her kidney disease and restricted diet , can we give her paracetamol for lowering of fever. Her rtpcr is scheduled for tommorow... Kindly advise.
