I had taken cholecalciferol 60000 for few months during lockdown of my vitamin d3 deficiency.a month back when checked it came to be 121ng vitamin d3 and calcium serum was 10.2mg. a day back again checked and attached the report as from few days I have mild nausea flank pain burning pain skin,burning eyes and full weakness.what is the issue and what should be done.is it anything to be worried about .

Hello Doctors, I did a general blood test(fasting) and got my report. Few parameters are on the higher side like Creatine (1.15),eGFR(81),SGPT(46.45),SGOT(50.78 U/I). My HDL,LDL and Thyroid profiles are normal. I normally have a high protein diet and I work out for 2 hours everyday (doing it for past 1.5 months). My Cholestrol was high few months back but I got it under control now. Are these a matter of concern and If you can point me in the right direction that will be helpful. I am male 39 yrs having kidney stone in my right kidney of 5mm from last 4 years. I am having constipation and indigestion problem and can't eat anything heavy meals. Is this problem is due to kidney stone???

I consulted with Dr. Mehta (urologist) but he asked me to consult with a Nephrologist. But apparently we can't choose a Nephrologist from Kidney disease section on Practo. Can someone help?
