Kidney Problems

I had a swollen knee on 30th January 2020 last year again I can see that since last week that is 24th February this year 2021 my right knee is swollen. There isn't any pain just a slight problem walking. I was advised Etogen 120 last time one tablet for 10 days. I did take the same tablets this time to remove the swelling. Last time when this happened my uric acid was 10.7 . But this time it was 6.5 still had this. It's been 9 days and the knees are little bit swollen yet. Don't know what to do. Please help me out.

Are there any home remedies for strong distinct smelling urine, my urine smells bad and I can smell it through my pants, what to do?

From the past 3-4 months, I am feeling some dizziness and weakness like my eyes doesn't seem normal. Also i got brown urine 1-2 times in previous 2 month. Felling more thirsty and frequent urination. Urine test normal, ultrasound normal,no diabetes. Six months ago urine had RBC but in the latest urinalysis everything is normal. Could this all be due to my health anxiety?? I am over conscious about my health. Please help. What to do??

My 64 years old mother has Cronic Kidney Disease stage two with GFR 86... Does she need treatment? She also has simple renal cyst and gallstones for which she will be operated soon.. Does she needs treatment for CKD?

My 64 years old mother has a GFR of 86 and has stage 2 Cronic Kidney Disease.. But no problems related to that.. Should she take any  teeatment for this? Also she has simple cyst on her kidney.. She has diagonosed with gallstones and need to be operated soon.. Can she be operated with CKD? Is it safe in her case? Also please tell me what precautions should be taken?
