Hello doctor, My wife is having URINARY TRACT INFECTION from past few days.. She is a breastfeeding mother (45days old baby). The doctor has prescribed her  NIFUTIN 100MG TABLET (NITROFURANTOIN) tablet twice daily. Is this medicine safe during breastfeeding a 45days old baby?

I am male age 26..When urine hold for long time and more urine is in bladder i feel  irritated and urgency to urinate but after urination i feel normal and very relax.. what is called this condition of bladder..i am healthy everything is ok but i feel irrited when i hold urine for long time and more urine is in bladder like in exam time when i need to hold urine for 3 hour..i can control  urine for long time no leakage problem but only problem is i feel irritated and urgency to urinate when i hold urine for long time and more urine holding...my usg & urine report is normal uroflow speed is also good  pls suggest disease name or bladder condition name

I have been passing blood in urine since last 18 hours? Is this related to covid? I tested rtcpcr negative

My uncle was covid positive 3 months back and 15 days back he took first dose of Covisheild , now he got himself tested his blood and he found out that his D-Dimer levels were 1180 and creatnine level is 1.54. As such he is experiencing no symptoms.but does he need to worry and what should he do to normalize these results

Was diagnosed with UTI infection got the urine culture report with escherichia coli >100000 cfu/ml. General physician doctor prescribed Amoxyclav injection for five days and ciprofloxacin tablet for three weeks. Took meditation for one week with injection but still having burning sensation while urinating. Whether to continue my medicine or to check with urology doctor for some other antibiotic. need guidance on the follow up...

He has thyroid tsh 150 and he takes medication for that everyday with 431 total cholesterol. can he take covid vaccine ?
