Does aspirin increase creatinine levels in blood?

Can CT scan for kub and abdomen ultrasound reveal prostatitis or some other test are also required?

Me and wife tried to have baby but she won't be able to conceive so we visited a gynocologist as she missed her period so she diagnose PCOD and asked to have ultrasound and report shows that my wife has a single kidney so it will be normal to have a baby or we have to take some precaution or medication.
