Body temperature (100+) for one week+

Asked for Female, 55 Years

Patient got covaxin shot on 20th May. And is also getting treated for UTI. Constant fever in the range 100-102 is seen since more than a week. Blood and urine test screenshot attached (reported on 24th May). Please suggest the reason for fever and possible treatment. Thanks

Hi fever could be because of ongoing urinary tract infection.Pls get a urine Culture and sensitivity done and start antibiotics and antipyretics for fever and advisable to get Covid 19 RT PCR test
